Mobility, Accessibility & Age Suitability
Please note: Our sailing experience is not recommended for guests over 70 years of age or for
guests with limited mobility.
Wings Sailing Charters Whitsundays is a sailing experience on a large catamaran, and guests need
to be reasonably mobile and physically capable of safely moving around the vessel, including
boarding, using stairs and navigating walkways.
For safety reasons, guests with limited mobility may be unable to access or use certain areas of
the vessel while underway. This includes the top sundeck and forward foredeck areas, which may
not be accessible or suitable while the boat is moving. Access to these areas can involve stairs,
narrow walkways and movement caused by the vessel sailing at sea.
Guests should also be aware that Wings III is not wheelchair accessible, and the onboard toilet
facilities are not wheelchair accessible.
We understand that mobility and fitness levels vary greatly between individuals. If you are over
70 or have any concerns regarding your mobility, balance, ability to climb stairs or ability to
move safely around a moving vessel, please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether
this experience is suitable for you.
